Fed Chair Jerome Powell was tricked into a phone call by Russian pranksters posing as Ukraine's President Zelenskyy

The pair have previously tricked other world leaders including European Central Bank President Christine Lagarde earlier this year and then-UK Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson in 2018.
